Another Reason to Get Jogging, You’ll Live Longer!

All it takes is 30 minutes of jogging a day, five days a week and you could extend your lifespan up to 10 years, according to a new study.

The study shows that most of those who exercise regularly can significantly slow down the aging of cells.

Researcher’s at Brigham Young University found there was a significant difference of nine and seven years at the cellular level amongst those who did intense workouts regularly compared to those who only did moderate exercises.
