Take Walks – No matter how old you are, you must get exercise every single day. You don’t have to go crazy with it or anything. Even just a half hour walk each day will help to keep you in great shape, and reverse the aging process by up to 10 years. In a study of over 200 men who are of retirement age, half didn’t exercise, while the rest of the group took 30-minute brisk walks, three times each week. One year later, the second group was stronger and more flexible. In fact, there was a 12 percent increase in their aerobic power and a 10 percent increase in strength and flexibility.
