There are so many exercises out there. Probably more than you’re even aware of. If you’re an avid gym-goer you probably think your workout regimen is the best. (A lot of people do.) I’m not saying your workout routine isn’t solid. All I’m saying is that there’s always room for improvement. Sometimes, you have to get out of your comfort zone and experiment with exercises to make sure you’re still on trend. After all, doing the same workouts every single day can get annoying. Spice up your gym life by trying a few of these super-effective exercises:

Front Squats

Squats are an amazing exercise. They work the glutes, thighs, butt, hips, and even back. The trouble with squats, though, is that people don’t always execute them correctly. To effectively perform a squat you need to keep your back as straight as possible while you bend down. The key is to imagine you’re sitting in a chair. Don’t sit all the way down, though! Make sure your knees stay in alignment with your feet. The last thing you want to happen is for your knees to go in front of your toes — that’ll end up destroying your knees over time.
