You hear a lot about amazing workouts. Trainers, fitness bloggers, and even random people at the gym are constantly telling you what workouts you should be doing. But how often do get advice on what workouts you should be avoiding? Believe it or not, there are actually exercises you should never, ever do — here are nine of them: 

Crunches 

A lot of people think crunches are the only way to achieve an amazing core. But in reality, crunches are one of the worst workouts you can do. They put your body in a bad position that in turn, put stress on your spine and neck which reinforces bad posture. If you want to tone your core, there are a lot of ab workouts that’ll do that and keep you from slouching. For example, planks! Planks will keep your entire body firm and strong.
