You will need to perform each of these exercises in two sets of 10 -15 reps. If you’re looking to push yourself, try and take no more than 10 seconds rest in between sets.
Remember, that even the best athletes need rest, so avoid performing this routine more than 3-4 times a week.

Planks work every part of your abdomen, and your back, sorting your posture. Try to perform at least two minutes of solid plank, before trying to spice things up, and then by raise either leg or go onto your side.
