When it comes to working out, are there times you get tired of the same-ol’, same ol’? Routines are essential when it comes to seeing results, but there are times we can easily get stuck in a rut.
That’s exactly why it’s beneficial to switch it up and look outside the box! For your daily inspiration, I’ve pointed out a few of the absolute coolest spots for workouts.
So, whether you’re planning a trip, or just need a confirmation that there is life outside of the gym- here are some excellent locations for your daily grind.
Red Rocks Amphitheatre-
I’m sure you’ve heard of his magical place. This incredibly beautiful, and breathtaking location is a natural amphitheater that host concerts during the warmer months of the year. It’s a must-see spot that brings thousands of people together.
If you thought the only way to visit was with the purchase of a ticket; prepare to be pleased! Red Rocks is open to the public, year round. Even on the days of concerts, you’re able to check it out in the morning.
If you’ve ever been to a concert here, you’ll know that finding your seat is a hike in itself! During the off-hours, you can often find health-conscious people doing plenty of stair runs, performing bodyweight exercises; and of course, yoga. There are several hiking trails that lead from the attraction as well, and they sure are beautiful. While all of this is free, they do also hold classes and workshops here that leave you with a solid workout and incredible views.
So if you’re ever in the area, remember there’s no need to purchase a ticket. But if there is a concert you’re interested in attending; it’s highly recommended you go!
