Get Out Early. Working out early in the morning is great! Not only do you avoid the scorching heat of the sun, but you get to start your day off on the right foot. Plus, the earlier you work out, the more calories you’ll burn throughout the day because your metabolism will be elevated. Just imagine, burning calories while you’re doing nothing but folding laundry. Sounds nice, doesn’t it?
